Jan 23 – 6:00 pm --Movie Night # 1 at the Clubhouse – An OLD Public Domain Classic from 1939– “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” – is an American political drama directed by Frank Capra that explores idealism confronting corruption at the highest levels of government. The film follows a naïve but sincere leader of a Boys organization who is unexpectedly appointed to the US Senate as a political placeholder by party bosses who believe he will be easy to control. Don’t sit on hard folding chairs bring your own your lawn chair. We will be sitting INSIDE and the HOA provides the popcorn.

Feb 20 -- 6:00 pm --Movie Night # 2 at the Clubhouse – A 1940 Public Domain Classic --“ His Gal Friday” A Landmark American screwball comedy directly by Howard Hawks, celebrated for its blistering pace, razor-sharp dialogue and modern gender dynamics of its time. Set entirely within the chaotic world of newspaper journalism. A brilliant reporter determined to leave the profession and her ex-husband for a quieter life.

March HOA Events

March 17 – 6:30 pm HOA Board meeting In Person at the Clubhouse

Mar 20. 6:00 pm – Movie Night # 3 at the Clubhouse – A 1938 Public Domain Classic – “Stagecoach” an American Classic Western directed by John Ford that helped redefine the genre and launched John Wayne into major stardom. Set in the late 19th century the film follows a group of strangers traveling together by stagecoach through dangerous Apache territory, each carrying personal secrets, prejudices and moral contradictions.

March 21 – 7AM to Noon – Springs Garage Sale -(Rain Date March 22) Start cleaning out the attic, closets and garage so you can turn those unused items into cash. HOA does all the advertising.
