Does the HOA carry insurance?

Yes, the Association does carry liability insurance that covers only the Association. Each individual owner is still required to carry their own personal accident and liability insurance. Personal propery is not covered under the Association policy.

Who is responsible for maintaining the landscaping?

The Board of Directors contracts with a licensed and bonded landscape company to maintain all common areas within the community. Occasionally, the Board of Directors may seek bids from landscape companies to verify that the current contract is within the fair market value or to hire a new landscape company. If you have concerns or questions regarding the lanscaping or the landscape company, you are encouraged to contact the Community Manager.

Who is responsible for maintaining the community pool?

The Board of Directors is responsible for maintaining the pools and pool equipment. Any equipment that is broken should be reported immediately so the Board can resolve the problem. The Board of Directors cannot stock replacement parts for the equipment. Parts must be ordered as needed. This may create the perception that the problem is not being resolved but please be advised that the Board of Directors attempts to resolve all problems as quickly as possible.

Who is responsible for maintaining the picnic areas?

The Board of Directors is responsible for maintaining picnic areas, barbeques, tables, ramadas, etc. Any damage or vandalism should be reported immediately to the Community Manager.

Can the clubhouse be reserived?

The clubhouse may be reserved by residents by submitting a clubhouse reseravation form and deposit to the management company.

Why kind of boats can be used on the lakes?

Rowboats, paddle boats, sail boats, canoes, and boated propelled by electric motor of three (3) horsepower or less are allowed. No combustion engines of any kind are permitted.

Is fishing allowed?

Fishing is allowed on a CATCH and RELEASE policy only.
