With the ever-changing intensity of the summer heat and the drought conditions of our dry arid desert we are noticing more and more trees and shrubs dying everywhere. As Homeowners we are concerned about the water that it takes to keep our landscape alive.
The HOA Board has been working in conjunction with our property management company and industry experts so that we can update and clearly define the landscape requirements and come up with ways to educate ourselves about what plants and trees will grow in our ever-changing environment.
