Why does the HOA put on a Neighborhood Appreciation BBQ Picnic?

The Springs Community opened in 1984. That is 41 wonderful years as a neighborhood. The HOA proudly hosts Neighborhood Appreciation BBQ Picnic as a way to celebrate what makes our Springs Community so special.  Living here means more than just enjoying a home – it means being part of a community a neighborhood where people care about one another, we enjoy shared traditions, and keep pace with the times.

We are blessed with natural beauty – our lakes and wildlife are part of our daily life. Our Swim Club and Tennis courts have long been gathering places and now with the addition of pickleball we continue to grow with the interested of our residents.

Our calendar is full of activities that bring us together Food Truck Nights gives us a chance to try new flavors, ladies enjoy High Tea, We are honoring our neighbor Veterans and delight children with Santa and Cookies and our holiday lights shine even brighter every year.

Our neighbors give generously give back with our Can food Drive and coat drive and these acts of generosity reflect the spirit of friendship and community that has always defined the Springs.

We host Neighborhood Appreciation each year to say one thing:  Thank you. Thank you to our neighbors, our friends and everyone who helps make this community such a remarkable place to live.

Please join us Saturday November 15th at the Clubhouse from 11:00 – 1:00 for Hamburgers, hot dogs and fun. The HOA Board is very appreciative of all our neighbors. Don’t forget to bring your non perishable food items for the Can Food Drive.
