Tonight the James Beard Semi Finalist chef Paulie OConnor will have the following items on his Gabeesh food truck … So stop by and order your food. We know it’s hot and so take your food home and enjoy a James Beard chef’s food.
They have about 30 orders of spaghetti and meatballs
15 orders of lasagna (thats what he was known for with housemade sausages amd ricotta.)
About 12 italian beef sandwiches
30 large pizzas 16 small pizzas
And — 4 different flavored cannolis
Customers should know they are not fast food. Some items will take about 15 mins mostly pizza and lasagna. Everything else is pretty fast.

The dishes are created and crafted by Chef, Gabe Madrid. Chef Gabe studied under some of the most talented Chef’s in the country.
Born and raised in New Mexico, Chef Gabe’s childhood was filled with family, cooking and a strong work ethic, which ultimately steered him to pursue a career in the Culinary Arts. He graduated with honors
